What is AFP's return policy for the Essentials of Treasury Management Textbook?

AFP will accept returns of the Essentials of Treasury Management, Eighth Edition that are in new condition within 30 days of the ship date for orders shipped between November 2025 and August 2028.

The returned books should also include a written request for a refund, which can be emailed to customerservice@financialprofessionals.org. All refunds will be distributed in the same manner as the original purchase. AFP does not cover shipping costs. Return books to the following address:

CTP Examinations for the 2026-2028 testing windows are based on the Essentials of Treasury Management, Eighth Edition. 

AFP will not accept returns of the Essentials of Treasury Management, Eighth Edition for orders shipped after September 1, 2028. AFP will not accept returns of the Essentials of Treasury Management, Seventh Edition (or earlier Editions).
