# How do I access my AFP account after November 16, 2026?

November 2026 AFP’s login provider will be upgraded to Auth0, in order to create a more secure and streamlined experience.

Auth0 is the new identity provider that AFP will use to log you into financialprofessionals.org, AFP Learn, AFP Exam Prep Platform (EPP), AFP Collaborate and the Career Center.

You do not need to create a new AFP account. Your existing account and information will remain available. Only your password needs to be updated.

The first time you sign in, you’ll need to create a new password. Your current AFP password will not carry over to the new login system.

1\. Go to the AFP website and click **Log In**.

2\. Select **Reset password.**

3\. Enter the email address associated with your AFP account.

4\. Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.

5\. Return to the AFP website and sign in using your email address and new password.
